- Return can be accepted only if the delivered item doesn’t match with the requested item. There is no refund on any purchase after two days of delivery.
- In case of return or replace, a new order has to be placed for the same item.
- In case of failure in delivery KaarKhana is not responsible for delivering the package unless the customer contacts in this regard.
- In case of the delivery failure, the parcel will be returned to us. A time span of two weeks is kept from the date of returned parcel received for a customer to contact KaarKhana Team and arrange for the delivery again. In case of no contact, the order is canceled.
- You are also responsible for shipping the bag back to us as well as our original order shipping cost.

- Please ensure to pack your bags securely to prevent damage in transit. Damaged items will not be accepted for return or exchange. Before you ship an item back to us please call or email us with your original order number in order to receive the return address.
